What RecoveryMate is

RecoveryMate provides general educational guidance to help you prepare for, and respond to, the loss or theft of a phone. It is not a recovery service, not legal or financial advice, and cannot access or recover any of your accounts.

Accuracy

We work to keep provider steps and contact details accurate and mark each playbook with a “last verified” date. Providers change their processes and phone numbers without notice, so always confirm details on the provider’s own official website before acting.

No warranty; limitation of liability

RecoveryMate is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aristocles Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, RecoveryMate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
